Hi, I'm Rebecca and I am the founder of STRAT|RG, a growth strategy consultancy dedicated to helping independent schools strengthen their marketing, admissions, and communications. I am passionate about driving sustainable growth through practical, solution-focused strategies that deliver measurable results.
Before founding STRAT|RG, I held senior commercial leadership roles with Cognita and Inspired Education, leading global teams of more than 50 professionals. My experience working directly within schools, leading marketing and admissions, has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing nurseries, schools, and education groups, enabling me to deliver strategies that achieve meaningful outcomes.
I graduated from the University of Cambridge and hold a Master's degree from The Courtauld Institute of Art. My career began at Christie's, where I was Global Head of Copy before becoming Global Head of Marketing for Christie's Education.
As the parent of three children and a governor at a London senior independent school, I understand the decisions families make and the factors that influence them. This perspective, combined with my commercial and educational experience, allows me to develop practical strategies that strengthen enrolment, engagement, and long-term school growth.
